Biography
Scarlett Whincup is a Yorkshire country singer-songwriter whose powerhouse vocals, honest storytelling and lively stage presence bring contemporary country, roots and country-rock together. Fronting the five-piece Scarlett & Her Rednecks, she combines acoustic and electric guitars, fiddle, keys, bass, bouzouki and drums. Her growing catalogue of original music includes “Glitter Curtain” and the high-energy “Greatest Country Song”, with the narrative Five Lives Long EP leading into 2027. Having performed at country festivals across the UK, Scarlett delivers an energetic, audience-focused show shaped by original songs, Northern personality and a genuine love of bringing people together through live country music.
